Handy Quote V3.3

Handy Quote is a sales-quotation, point-of-sale (POS), inventory control, sales ordering, purchase ordering and sales management program for wholesale, retail and any businesses.

Handy Quote is a fully integrated software package that provides a complete solution to your fast moving business requirements. Below is a list of features provided in the latest release of Handy Quote:

1. A flexible inventory control database for fast recall and update of inventory records.   Product categories are arranged in a Windows Explorer style tree structure. Please see the screen shots for further detail.
2. Preparing a sales-quote is as easy as drag and drop an item from a stock list into an order list.
3. Item prices, tax, currency exchange, profit and discount are fully calculated by the program.
4. A sales quote can be converted to a sales order.  And a sales order can be used to adjust inventory level.
5. A purchase order can be manually created, or automatically created from low inventory level or from a set of sales order.  Thus eliminating all unnecessary duplication work.
6. Support multi-currency (suitable for European countries).
7. Support multi-tax system (suitable for doing business across different states in USA).

9. A sales order can be previewed and printed on hard copy, or converted into text file for send by e-mail to customer.
10. A report editor is provided for end-user who wish to design their own professional-looking reports for quotes, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, stock items, suppliers, customers, sales summaries, etc. There are thirty or more report layouts available for the user to use and customise.
11. A Template facility is provided for storing pre-made quotes which can be quickly recalled and modified to create a new quote.
12. Handy Quote is network ready and supports multi-user access to the database.  A unique quote/order/invoice number is assigned for each quote/order/invoice record created.
13. The pricing facility handles from simple to demanding pricing requirements. It allows multiple pricing levels and provides three rounding options (before tax, after tax or final price).
14. Export data from Handy Quote into spreadsheet and other programs.
15. A password protection with secure mode option is provided to guard from un-authorised access to database.
16. Year 2000 compliant. Runs on Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT.
